Charterhouse is working with a renowned group in Qatar that has a worldwide presence. Our client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to be a strategic part of their highly prestigious and successful organisation.
This role will be instrumental in the implementation of HR practices in the Qatar office. As a Generalist, your scope will cover all aspects of HR. Liaising with senior management, you will ensure the global benchmark HR values and practices are implemented and continually achieved. You will also ensure these are in line with international and local policies and procedures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified with relevant studies in HR. You should have strong HR Generalist experience ideally within Qatar / GCC. It is essential you are highly professional and possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
