Charterhouse is working with an internationally recognised group that has a presence worldwide. Our client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to be based in the Qatar business unit. This is an excellent opportunity to be a strategic part of a highly prestigious and successful organisation.
This role will be instrumental in the implementation of HR practices in the Qatar office. As a generalist, you will cover all aspects of HR including liaising with senior management and business units to ensure the global benchmark HR values and practices are implemented, continually achieved and are in line with international and local policies and procedures.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the delivery and management of a wide variety of HR programmes including on-boarding, employment equity, reward and recognition, employee training, compensation programmes and employee relations. You will also be accountable for performance management, organisation changes and conflict mediation and resolution.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified with relevant studies in HR. You should have a solid HR generalist background with at least 5 years’ in a similar role within Qatar or another GCC country. It is essential you are highly professional with the ability to manage a busy workload. You should be able to work autonomously and have excellent English communication skills.
