Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prominent international consultancy who is a global leader within their field. Our client is looking to hire a talented, driven and experienced HR Consultant to join their Qatar operations.
This is a solid Consultant role where by you will be responsible for client and project management. You will be involved in organisational design, job analysis and descriptions, job evaluation as well as compensation and benefits, incentive schemes and performance management systems. In addition, you will be accountable for HR policies and procedures, training, manpower planning, compensation surveys and HR due diligence.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified ideally with GCC experience. You should have Big Four or consultancy experience and possess the ability to think creatively. It is essential you are an ambitious and professional individual with an active approach. Excellent English communication skills are crucial for this role.
