Job description / Role
As an HR Executive, your major task is overseeing the administration of the HR Department.
Your further tasks are as below:
- Administer oversee the Oasys administration by effectively managing the employee files with all details.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance and assist the Hotel Nurse whenever needed.
- Conducting various welfare activities and social activities like Talent Rally, EX COM Birthday celebrations etc.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
- Prepare Turnover report and control attrition of the employees.
- Conduct Probationary Chats with an objective of understanding and resolving the Grievances, if any.
- Monitor the Transport process and ensure there is no breakdown with bus schedules and pickups.
- Oversee the accommodation needs with the Recruitment Team and assist the Accommodation Manager accordingly.
Requirements
- A High School or Bachelor Degree is required.
- Previous experience for at least 2-3 year in HR Department in a luxurious hotel ideally in the Middle East is required.
- We expect you to be fluent in English, both written and verbally.
- You are the type of person that never says no, you always aim to exceed customer expectations, you are a great communicator, you demonstrate team spirit and cooperation, and act with professionalism and integrity.
- You like to take ownership, you learn, develop and adapt to change and you can work independently, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
