Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading well established holding group. Our client is looking to hire a bilingual HR Generalist, who will report directly to the Managing Director.

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the human resources and administration function for the group. You will be involved in leading, planning and developing the HR department with high standards of professionalism and efficiency. You will also carry out all employee services and recruitment in a systematic manner in line with the group’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Degree with at least 2 years’ experience as an HR generalist, preferably in Qatar. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the local Qatar market.
