HR Management Information Analyst - Qatar Airways - Doha

Qatar Airways Recruitment Department currently have an exciting opening for a HR Reporting / Management Information Analyst, a pivotal role within the team. As the HR Management Information (MI) Analyst you will work in a team to support a large client group. You will be responsible for providing detailed reporting and analytical products to the Head of Department, Senior Management Team and for the broader population.

The HR MI Analyst role is based within the Recruitment Department, a singular functional group responsible for recruiting c.5000 staff a year for the Qatar Airways Group. The role of the HR MI Analyst is to ensure timely production and delivery of accurate Recruitment Reporting and Analytics to drive daily improvements in performance of the Recruitment Delivery Team, Hiring Managers and all other stakeholders involved in the end to end Recruitment process. You will manage the on-going improvement and transformation of the Recruitment Department Service/Process/Procedures and be required to provide insightful analysis on external and internal data.

You will be responsible in the design and development of a world class recruitment reporting suite that drives individual and team performance through the use of detailed metrics and KPIs. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of offering, rationalising and simplifying, reporting, ensuring rigorous quality control and maintaining accuracy and relevance to audience.

You will also be coaching and training others in the wider team by encouraging a sense of accountability and ownership – using analytics to drive performance improvement. You will be cultivating positive and professional working relationships with the HR community and the Businesses you support.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor Degree or minimum 5 years working experience in a relevant role, i.e. HR Transformation/HRIS/Data Management/Reporting/Analytics. You should have relevant product knowledge, particularly MS Office – highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to present complex information in an insightful format up to Senior Executive Management (VP’S, SVP’s etc.)

You should have experience working in complex, global, multi-cultural environments which are high pressure and have conflicting priorities. You should have experience working in relevant market/context e.g. HR business processes and HR Operational experiences and using relevant software packages e.g. ATS products like Taleo, SniperHire and HRMS Databases such as Oracle and SAP.

You will set and achieve challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field and build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
