HR Manager
Qatar
QAR 30,000 to QAR 35,000 plus standard benefits.
Our client, a large facilities management company who is part of a holding company based in Qatar.
This company is looking for an experienced HR manager to lead its HR department and support the business in creating policies and procedures and business processes that are aligned with Qatar UAE labour laws, creating HR initiatives that will help improve performance and motivation of employees as a result and increase the profitability of the organisation.
This position will directly report to the General Manager of the business and will have a dotted reporting line to the Group HR Director of the holding.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should be a degree holder preferably with a HR qualification and a minimum 5 years of experience in the same role.
You should be able to deal with senior management and manage their expectations. You should have strong acumen in all facets in HR both in operation and strategic level.
Fluency in English is highly required. If you are based outside UAE, you may still be considered provided that you have a Middle East experience and are willing to work in Qatar.
