Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Implements and enforces HR policies such as but not limited to HR policy, salary scale, travel policy, leave policy, end of service indemnity etc..
- Suggests additions and amendments to the company human resources policy
- Generates and updates HR manuals such as employee kits Job descriptions
- Prepares and suggests human resource related Company forms
- Analyzes the human capital requirements of the Company in coordination with management.
- Reviews employment applications
- Carries preliminary Interviews with candidates and negotiates employment offer
- Prepares the Company’s orientation materials for new employees
- Sets up training programs for the Company’s employees in coordination with management.
- Initiates and manages the company’s of employee performance evaluation system and promotion policies.
- Manages the medical insurance and other outsourced employee benefits
- Manages and ensures validity of employee data on the Company chosen ERP
- Manages the process of issuing visas /work permits and their cancellation upon termination
- Provides management with monthly HR reports and statistics as required
- Ensures the safeguarding of personnel records and files.
- Handles Mobilization / demobilization of staff
- Provides support for newly hired employees in finding housing, transportation and in the transition process of relocation, ensuring that this period does not affect negatively the new staff member

Requirements

- B.Sc./BA preferably in business administration or law
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic/English)
- Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience and/or exposure and training in similar function and industry.
