A large local business specializing in construction is seeking an Arabic speaking HR Manager to lead the function based in Qatar.

Description
* Maintain structured policies and procedures for the company
* Build performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunities
* Support recruitment initiatives
* Coach and develop HR team to support the growth of the business
* Training & development of all employees including leadership development
* Develop compensation and salary grading structure for the company
* Drive employee engagement initiatives
* Create HiPo programme
* Manage administration and PRO activities
Job Offer
Salary around AED 45,000 plus family benefits
Requirements
* Must be fluent Arabic and currently living in Qatar
* Experience in construction or similar business (predominately blue collar workers) is a MUST
* 10 years HR experience with at least 3 in a managerial role or Business Partner role
* Proven proactive experience, project management and senior stakeholder management
* Must be process driven, detailing key polices and procedures you have implemented
