Job description / Role

HR Officer - Flight Catering - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha

You will be accountable to support the HR Manager-QACC in a range of HR services to QACC (flight catering subsidiary) employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all matters pertaining to employees’ services.

You will be responsible for HRMS entries of staff salaries, re-designations, leaves, separations etc. are regularly uploaded in the Oracle database systems. Oversee production of standard responses and internal & external letters which includes issuance of ID card requests, generate monthly statistics reports etc.

You will be asked to manage the team of HR coordinators. Over sees and take part in investigation/disciplinary session for QACC staff. Establish and maintain confidential filling system, categorize and maintain manuals. You will be monitoring staff uniform issuance and renewals. To maintain close coordination with QR joining team for new joiners and arrange for Inductions sessions and to monitor allocation of QACC employees’ accommodation.

Requirements

You should be a Graduate, CIPD/Aviation or related qualification will be an added advantage. You should have related minimum 5-years experience in multinational environment.

You should have proven ability to work under pressure and must have strong interaction with client area with Influencing techniques. You will have an advantage if you have previous work experience with an Airline or Customer services Industry. You should be an excellent communicator with expert level of computer skills.
