Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and research applicability of personnel policies, procedures and practices.
- Analyze changes in labor law, Policy and legislative developments to recommend improvement/ changes to Management on company’s Personnel Policy & Procedures.
- Advise Management and interpret Personnel Policies and Procedures to ensure consistent application.
- Initiate or participate in local/ regional Compensation & Benefits survey and present findings to Management.
- Represent the company in local/ regional compensation forum.
- Advise Managers, Employees and other stakeholders on the changes made to company’s Personnel Policies and Procedures, and would conduct awareness briefings on the same.
- Compute and determine starting salary and compensation levels for new employees to maintain balance in Salary Administration Systems.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with specialized certification in Human Resources.
- Minimum 10-15 Years of experience within the HR function, specialized in preparation of Policies, Procedures and Compensation Analysis in the Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industries.
