Reporting to the Senior HR Managger, we are now seeking an exceptional HR Projects Advisor on either a full time or part time basis to join our award winning team based within our Human Resources Division, Qatar.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include, but not limited to ;
• Providing guidance and advice to senior management to assist in the delivery of key HR project deliverables.
• Working closely with Human Resource and Administration teams to ensure consistency of information.
• Liaise with management and employee in conducting best practice performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years’ generalist HR career experience.
Partnered with a Bachelor Degree in either Human Resources, Training, Psychology or equivalent, the successful candidate will possess excellent English communication skills. Exposure to senior management possibly in a business partnering role with regular face to face contact is a distinct advantage as is exposure to the construction and engineering sector.
Master’s Degree qualification will be viewed favourably as would membership of an internationally recognized professional HR organization, ie. CIPD, SHRM. We also welcome applications from candidates interested in either full-time or part-time employment.
Please note this is a temporary position with the opportunity for the role to be permanent in the future.
