Job description / Role
- Process all issues related to RPs, Contracts.
- Recruitment, Visas.
- Prepare the monthly salary including overtime, timesheet, vacations.
- Control documents expiration and process the renewals required.
- Manage business travels, tickets, hotels etc.
- Manage employees related issues; health insurance, holidays, apartments rent, etc.
- Administration functions; gate pass, contracts, car rental.
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in the same role.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (four years after secondary school).
- Living in Qatar is preferred.
- English language is essential. Arabic is preferred.
