Title:
HSE Lead Supervisor

- Job safety analysis
- Supervise, direct, guide team to perform work safely.
- Safety Incident investigation, analysis and Root cause problem solving methods, systems, tools.
- Incident response - Incident investigation, finding collection, facts & purpose, corrective actions, and implementation
- Report writing, presentation
- Shall have a working knowledge of MS Office (at least Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good HSEQ record in his past working.
- ISO45001
- English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4 or equivalent.
- Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows.
- A robust understanding of Tripod or equivalent incident investigation methodology. Can deliver "5 Why'" incident investigations for low-risk incidents
- Participate in Company "causal learning" investigations for medium/high risk incidents.
- Produce, interpret and cascade the relevant HSSE related procedures and guidelines to implement the defined HSSE Standards.
- Manage and conduct the training of personnel in relevant HSSE topics, which typically includes but not be limited to HSSE Induction, PTW, Working at Height,
- Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Road Safety and Basic Fire Fighting.
- Support and challenge the development of Job Safety Analysis of engineering tasks as required.
- Implement HSSE Plan and conduct HSSE audits and inspections. Obtain, interpret and report HSSE statistics.

Requirements

- Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent. Must have NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent IOSH certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
- 12 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency
- Valid certificate permitting to work as Safety officer in Large Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants, from competent and certified agency
- NEBOSH's Certificate-level qualifications in health and safety
- Safety and firefighting Equipment
- Hazard identification, Risk analysis and risk reduction/mitigation methods, systems, tools.
