HSE Manager - Qatar - Highways/Roads - Tax Free Salary

This excellent opportunity is for a HSE Manager to join a leading engineering and construction Company operating in Qatar, in one of the world’s most interesting growth markets. My client are an expanding company that strive to create lasting values within this market, working on large scale infrastructure and Highways projects.

Our client are looking for an experienced HSE Manager for their Highways/Roads projects currently underway in Qatar. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

DUTIES:
- To be based on site
- Manage all of the Health, Safety and Environmental activities on site
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
- Scheduling of safety meetings on site to review the HSE performance and policies
- Conduct hazard/risk assessments
- Assist the project teams in investigation of all project incidents and ensure the proper records are submitted correctly
- Deliver regular written reports and updates to senior management

Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to have at least 15 years of safety construction experience managing projects safely.

The requirements for this role are:
- At least 10 years on large Highway Projects acting as a HSE Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering/equivalent
- Excellent computer skills
- NEBOSH certified
- IOSH
- GCC experience
