Human Resources & Administration Manager

Job description / Role

Construction Business based in Doha – Qatar is looking to recruit a Human Resources & Administration Manager to report directly to the Human Resources Director. This individual will have a core experience & knowledge of the Qatari market.

This individual will be able to manage , direct , lead and motivate a team of administrators. This person will have considerable drive & passion for work and be keen to run a efficient, happy & productive department .

Directly responsible for the following aspects within the organisation:

Everything relating to New Hires / Employees:
- Visas, Flights, Hotels, Medicals, ID’s, Certificates, Immigration, Inductions.

Payroll & Management:
- Holiday Leaves, Sick & Grievance Management, End of Service Gratuity, Staff Appraisals.

General HR & Administration:
- Too many points to mention but you get a feeling with the above duties.

Requirements

You will currently be based in Doha and have a long term plan to further & develop your career there. You will be joining a forward thinking & progressive business that values its employees & culture. This business has a superb reputation having won some landmark projects in the GCC market .

This hire is essential as the HR department develops & invests in the business. You will have new ideas and a can do attitude that will match that or this organisation.

The following points are essential for the organisation:
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Clear experience in Qatar having handled various government & visa departments
- Able to provide references & NOC
