We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our multicultural and dynamic team in Head Office with in the retail division, you will be working closely alongside the Group HR Manager as well as the Group HR Team.

Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for implementing HR policies in a uniform manner throughout the division and supporting managers on how to act when such queries or issues arise.
- Working alongside the external and internal stakeholders when required to deal with employee relations, immigration services, payroll services and any other related personnel services.
- Present management information on a regular basis to the Group HR Manager and General Manager surrounding any HR activity using relevant KPI's formed through best practise. These will include reporting for recruitment, training and development, performance, loyalty and reward, productivity etc.
- In line with business growth strategically plan, budget and forecast for HR activity that may be required such as that of workforce planning.
- Create, Amend and ensure any HR policies for the division are acted upon accurately and in line with Qatar Labour Law, or in accordance to relevant operating country law.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate completion of HR tasks such as that of payroll and adhering to any SLA's as required.
- Ensure any required communications or necessary updates are provided to individuals in a timely manner.

Reporting to: General Manager and Group HR Manager
Travel requirements: Occasional travel across the GCC

Requirements

- University Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a recognised university
- Other certifications obtained: GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD preferred
- 6 years experience within HR of which at least 3 years is in a similar role.
