Human Resources Manager - Fashion/Retail
A huge multibrand group with International brands under their portfolio is recruiting for a HR Manager. Position could be based in Kuwait, Qatar or UAE.
Purpose: Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for designing and implementing policies & procedures, training & Development programs etc.
- Handle employee relations, payroll services, C&B etc.
- Manage recruitment for the division
- Manage work force planning
- Be a Leader
Report to: General Manager
Requirements
Masters in Human Resource, Bachelors may be considered, Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Organization
