Guildhall is assisting a leading world-wide construction contractor in identifying and hiring a Human Resources Manager for their new branch office in Doha, Qatar.
This organisation has project across the globe with over $2bn worth of projects currently in process. They now are searching for an HR Manager to set up strategic and operational HR & administrational functions. This is a new position so applicants must be experienced with setting up policies and procedures for construction businesses from conception through to execution.
This is an excellent position for those looking for a new challenge and to apply their knowledge and experiences to be a key and valued member of an exciting company.

Requirements
- Degree from a reputable and recognised university
- 10+ years experience in a Human Resources position
- Experienced in setting up HR policies and Procedures
- Experienced in recruiting and headhunting key members of staff
- 5+ years in a construction company
- 5+ years experience in Qatar
