Job description / Role

Immigration Officer - Doha, Qatar

Immigration Officer will be the front end connection to most of the Immigration Departments responsible for issuing visas for Qatar employees and business visitors. You will be directly involved with the mobilization/demobilization of the new joiners and their family members, assisting them throughout the Residency Permit process, with the renewals of the permits and cancellations.

Ideally you will have worked as an Immigration Officer in Qatar.

Requirements

- Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of Immigration Office, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Government Offices, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Process applications for employment visa, business visa, residence visa, exit permit or driving license.
- Prepare and process applications in labor office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Qatar laws and regulations.
- Attest pertinent papers at the Government Departments as per Government requirement.
- Keep records of personnel for visas, labor cards, and other important documents.
