We are now seeking an exceptional Infrastructure Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for providing leadership and management of KEO's resources for the Qatar Infrastructure Division branch office and ensuring that the set financial and operational plans and strategies are met.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Provide input as required to the Infrastructure Division's global and business strategies and performance targets as it relates to Qatar.
- Ensure that QMS is effectively implemented across the Qatar branch.
- Oversee contract negotiations, management of variation orders, disputes and claims.
- Represent the Firm in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors and JV partners, serving as ambassador for the KEO brand.
- Continually assess technical skills versus needs and implement measures to ensure optimal technical capability of the branch.
- Drive branch performance through leading a team of professional employees towards achievement of strategic objectives.
- Analyse existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies cost-effectiveness and service improvements.
- Coordinate monthly branch reporting.
- Manage internal multi-discipline design teams working on infrastructure projects to ensure cost effective, quality and timely input.
- Manage external consultants to ensure cost effective, quality and timely input.
- Prepare design programs based on detailed work breakdown structures for projects.
- Prepare cost & time-based progress reports for design projects.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations for internal & external clients.
- Prepare technical proposals for submission to external parties.
- Assist in Business Development for the Infrastructure Department.
- Responsible for the timely invoicing and Cash Collection on all Qatar Infrastructure led projects.
- Create a culture of effective communication, consultation, and collaboration within the Qatar branch, as well as across all other KEO Branches and divisions.
- Represent senior KEO leadership to the Qatar branch staff, regularly communicating messages to motivate, inform and energise the team.
- Create a culture of learning consistent with corporate objectives and values.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12 years' career experience with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered status will be viewed favourably.
