Guildhall is assisting one of Qatar's fastest growing interior design businesses to identify a Supervisor for their high end showroom, based in doha, Qatar.
Typical duties to be expected are:
- Promote the store by performing duties such as: placing advertisements in magazine, organizing events and attending trade shows.
- Maintains or changes product displays including those required for periodic sale events.
- Attendance at project planning meetings and Ensure to reach the monthly target
- Monitor and perform employee performance appraisals, provide in-service training and take disciplinary actions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design/luxury furniture sector
- Availability to travel in internationally at least twice a year to meet suppliers and visit trade shows
- Fluent in Arabic and English
