This excellent opportunity is for an Interior Design Architect to join a leading construction and development Company operating in Qatar, in one of the worlds most interesting growth markets. My client are an expanding company that strive to create lasting values within this market, working on large scale commercial and residential projects.

Our client are looking for an experienced Interior Design Architect to work within their interior department for the large commercial and residential projects in Doha.

The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities on site and will be carrying out some of the following duties and responsibilities:
- Specialising in the designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and overall presentation
- Drafting plans and creating/refinishing spaces in private homes and commercial buildings, in line with the tastes of the client
- Involved in the building/remodelling process from beginning up until completion
- Meeting with the client to discuss expectations for the project, what they are wanting and to input building suggestions
- Draft design plans for projects

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years experience within an architectural role.
- Experience in Interior Design.
- Degree in Architecture and interior design (MSc is an advantage).
- Competent use of relevant computer drafting software and programs: CADD and BIM are a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write up report.
- Must have experience working in the GCC 3+ years would be ideal.
