Job description / Role
We are looking for a creative and ambitious interior designer/ home stylist to join our team.
The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing and implementing sets for shop floor space.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks and carry out any maintenance required to ensure the displays.
- All designs should match the planned marketing activities in accordance with any in store events.
- To work on the upfront creative part of retail design but also the balance of design development and detailing.
- Work with suppliers and millworkers to source and develop new materials.
- Ensure project range is vast for the role working on product launches to the interior design and complete detailing of stores.
- Delivers all new and existing projects to a very high level of accuracy on time.
- Brand aware and commercially minded in the delivery of all communication and presentations of designs to internal & external stakeholders.
- Understanding and knowledge of all the fixtures and finishes with their associated details and material qualities.
Travel requirements: travel within country, with occasional travel across the GCC as per business requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years design work experience
- Retail merchandising experience an asset
- Experience in retail fixture design

Specialist knowledge:
- Design software: AutoCAD, 3D, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
