Job description / Role
* To execute the required design work activities & fit-out projects within the required time frame, budget and quality.
* Interface with clients
* Site verification/measurement works
* Inter space planning and design conceptualization
* Drafting of plans,elevations,production/shop detailed drawings& colored interior perspective(3D renderings)
* Presentation of design proposals and material swatches
* Prepare BOQ &specification of approved design proposals for the necessary costing and submission of quotation.
* Coordination of design activities with other fields including project at site and monitoring progress, identifying deficiencies and initiating corrective actions as and when required.
Requirements
* Interior design major/Architecture graduate
* Minimum 5 years of residential,office & commercial projects involving complete interior construction/fit-out works.
* Computer literate-AutoCAd,MS Office,related graphic software
* Skillful in colored perspective &production/shop detailed drawings
* Middle east/ GCC work experience
* Proficient in project documentations
* Efficient and hardworking
