Job description / Role
Our client a leading Real Estate Investor based in Doha are looking for a professional and experienced Internal Auditor to join their team.
Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing all internal audit responsibilities for the business
- Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data
- Examining company accounts and financial control systems
- Gauging and identifying levels of financial risk within the business
- Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
- Ensuring that assets are safeguarded
- Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
- Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
- Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
- Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
Requirements
- University degree level qualified
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Audit Experience
- GCC experience is essential
- Previous real estate experience is desired but not essential
