Employment: Full Time

We are taking up one of the biggest challenges in connecting consumers to restaurants – ordering food online. At the click of a few buttons, consumers can place orders online rather than picking up the phone and calling.

And we’ve developed our unique way to make the experience seamless, convenient and assured. If we get our act right, we will be the largest network of restaurants globally to accept Online Orders. But this will be challenging. If you are up for it, please read on.

Responsibilities:
- Get restaurants to sign up for the Online Ordering
- Effectively search prospective clients, generate sales leads ranging from small restaurants to high-end establishments
- Mentor Sales Managers / Sales Associates providing guidance and helping them improve their sales skills
- Managing resources effectively for timely achievement of targets allocated to the team
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, contracting, billing / invoicing, online-service activations and troubleshooting
- Manage critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing

Requirements

- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales
- Familiarity with Doha as a city and its various neighborhoods and areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable in conducting staff-training in English
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
- Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams
- Very high ethical standards
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Prior leadership experience is a bonus!
- An MBA is not mandatory
