We are looking for a confident, outward focused individual prepared to take a position on the exciting challenges Schneider Electric has to offer.

The Key Account Manager for Field Services is responsible for the sales of field services solutions for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution and also provides direct sales / account management responsibilities for their assigned region. This role identifies and proposes value-added service solutions to a broad range of corporate customers.

Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales of company’s various services to a designated group of existing and new customers.
- Targeting new projects and potential customers. Penetrating new clients & developing close professional relations with key decision makers and influencers in your geographical area
- Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company in order to meet customer satisfaction and due dates.
- Staying current on relevant technologies, fitting solutions to client needs and keeping abreast of competitors
- Maximize revenue and profit from every customer account
- Achieve agreed order and sales targets
- Representing the company at key events and industry forums
- Reporting for all sales from accounted customers.

Requirements

- 5 -7 years of Sales experience with customers in the O&G, Energy, Infrastructure, Power Gen or other General Industries and/or experience in Low and Medium Voltage Equipment & System would be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner
- Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment
- Manage all aspects of an account with a positive, “can do” attitude
- The role is based in Qatar
