Job description / Role
Established landscape Designe requirements with clients
Oversee and design of a variety of projects, including urban landscape developing
Seek and take into account the views of local residents, potential users, and parties with a vested interest in the project
Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings of the re-design of the project, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project using design software’s
Match the client's wishes with your knowledge of what will work best accordance to plan for execution.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Architect Engineering
UPDA Registered Engineer – Grade A
Have excellent planning, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
Must have thorough knowledge of industry/ international standards, and ability to interpret for specific application within sphere of relevant disciplines
Strong attention to details.
Proven time management skills.
Communication & negotiating skills as well as an ability to work in a multicultural team environment must be well developed and proven.
