Lawyer - Influential Holding Company in Qatar
Guildhall is working as an exclusive headhunter on a key position for a very well known and influential holding company in Qatar. We are searching for a Lawyer to strategically advise and council senior executives in the business related to all transactional practices.
Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop internal guidelines and packaged knowledge on various legal and business issues.
- Prepares legal briefs, develops strategy, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of a case.
- Represents company in court and before judicial or administrative agencies of government.
Requirements
- Masters degree in law from a reputable University.
- Must have 10 years of experience as a licensed attorney preparing for, participating in, and/or reviewing formal hearings or trials involving litigation and/or administrative law in the State of Qatar/ GCC Countries.
- Experience in international organization, or construction industry.
