Job description / Role
Lead Architect - Major Project - Qatar
Our client one of the largest civil engineering contractors worldwide are looking for a senior level architect to manage an extensive package of works on a new section of the Doha metro.
The role will specifically be responsible for managing all the architectural finishes on a section of the new Doha metro. There is a specific focus on the management of 5 major sub-contractors working on high value packages of work.
This is a top level role on a major project for one for a major contractor.
Due to the senior nature of this role they are looking for someone with the following key strengths.
Requirements
* You will be Chartered or nearing Chartered status and hold a BSc degree in Architect.
* The client can offer market rate salary package and ideally would like to see candidates who have 10 years plus experience with current Gulf Coast experience.
* Interviews can be arranged fairly quickly for the right candidates.
* You must be able to demonstrate part Metro and underground rail projects experience and be able to join the team and begin contributing to the project immediately.
