Lead Commercial Manager - Major Projects
To take the lead role as Commercial Manager (Lead Cost Consultant) for a major new mixed use development set to include residential, healthcare, commercial and hospitality. Excellent opportunity to work for a leading consultancy and successfully manage a major project from inception to completion.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified and keen to progress to FRICS
* Minimum 15 years experience
* Previous experience working as a Cost consultant ideally for a major international consultant
* Or Major project experience in the Middle East in a Senior Commercial Role
* Experience of major projects in the mixed use building sector
* Commercially managed projects from inception to completion
The ideal candidate will either have been a senior member of the commercial team for a cost consultancy on major projects previously or have worked on major project in the Middle East. Previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant will be degree and MRICS qualified and have at least 15 years quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
