Lead Corporate Service Officer - Qatar Airways - Doha

As a Lead Corporate Services Officer your will support the Corporate Services Manager – Planning & Administration in managing the day to day functions of Corporate Services which oversees Corporate Services Management, Transport, Facilities – Residential, Facilities Commercial, Property Management and Facilities Projects division.

You will be supporting the Manager in a number of functions such as Procurement, Financial, Human Resources, Administration, Utility Management, Contracts, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Stores & Inventory Management and IT.

You will manage the Procurement process by obtaining Scope of Works (SOW), developing the Technical Evaluation criteria, assist with Technical Evaluation and closing the RFQ followed by raising PR . On the Financial side you will support by ensuring invoices are supported with service/delivery confirmation, support CSM in collating/obtaining budgetary information and other finance related functions.

You will also monitor and update the HR Records with the Recruitment progress report, provide support in preparation of JD’s, support adhoc Administrative related functions, prepare standard SOP and workflow process, collate information and documentation for Request for Tender (RFT) process to finally prepare the contract, oversee the Asset Management by liaising with the concerned stakeholders, oversee the Facilities store and the various projects of the department and ensure that the Project Management tool is updated regularly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with excellent English language communication skills. Degree in Administration/ Business Management / Commerce will be preferred. Master Degree/Diploma holders would have an added advantage.

You will have a minimum of 5 years job-related experience with a multinational organization and 3-4 years of experience within the Gulf countries. You should be proficient in use of MS Office and experience on liaising with internal & external customers. Business Correspondence skills is a must.
