Lead Facilities Officer - Commercial - Qatar Airways - Doha

You will be involved in the inspection of all QR accommodation and commercial building across Doha and oversee the physical and electronic security. You will have to investigate all occurrences and incidents affecting the QR buildings and occupants and respond to the same, conduct interviews with staff and third party providers and allocate resources to deal with staff complaints and changes in security arrangements.

You would have to support the Property Manager for generating acceptance documents for new properties as well as preparing handover documents. You would also take charge of stores by ensuring availability of consumables by tracking, ordering, consumption and keeping records.

As a Lead officer you would regularly evaluate the objectives of maintenance teams, supervise the employees of Service providers, and direct the daily activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You should be a specialist with minimum 5 Years of job related experience with and work experience of 3 years in a similar position is required.

You must be conversant with multiple activities associated with maintenance related works, ability to understand and implement exclusions and conditions of lease contracts, generate scope of work for minor improvement projects and also prepare and formulate the conditions of maintenance agreements/service levels / response durations for maintenance contracts awarded to service providers.

Preferably you should have experience on Manpower Management in Facilities Management contractors and of working with Contracting companies.
