Lead Officer Commercial Property and Leasing - Hamad International Airport - Doha

As Lead Officer Commercial Property and Leasing you will actively manage complex commercial lease programs and administrate individual lease relationships at HIA. You will assist in negotiating and developing lease agreements with concessionaires and tenants, prepare subsequent lease documentation and at any time adhere to best-practice contract, leasing and commercial controlling standards.

Within your assigned portfolio you will be the first point of contact for lessees. You will furthermore liaise on a regular basis with other airport departments such as operations, finance, contracts and insurance to ensure streamlining of internal processes in line with approved policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of the commercial lease database and the property management system under ORACLE.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, law, contracts, property management or similar disciplines.

You also must have 3-5 years’ experience in commercial or contract management, supported by good understanding of commercial law practices.

Basic knowledge in the operation of ERP systems (user level only) is a plus.
