Lead Officer Terminal Concessions and Property - Hamad International Airport - Doha

As the Lead Officer Terminal Concessions and Property you will assist in growing Hamad International Airport’s non-aeronautical revenue by developing and managing Hamad International Airport’s in-terminal concessions and property leases. In addition, you will contribute in managing a variety of retail, hospitality, advertising and service concessionaires. Management of contractual lease relationships with concessionaires and tenants, in coordination with other internal departments, is an integral part of this role. In this context, you will closely coordinate and monitor tenant relationships and operational plans with internal group stakeholders, third parties and Government Agencies.

Being an integral part of Hamad International Airport’s Commercial team, you will ensure that all commercial opportunities and property assets are fully maximized while raising the customer satisfaction bar and meeting tenant needs. In addition, you will also provide analytical support to HIA Management regarding the commercial airport development with a focus on in-terminal infrastructure and property assets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, majoring in economics, property management, marketing or other business affiliated discipline.

You also must have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the areas of commercial space management, business development, contract management or property management – preferable with an airport, shopping / commercial center, travel retail, infrastructure developer or airline.

A strong marketing background and customer service attitude is essential for this role.
