Employment: Full Time

Title:
Lead Planning Engineer - Mechanical

• Engineering Degree in relevant discipline of responsibility.
• Seven (10) Years of continuous experience in job planning activities mentioned in scope of work, and additional 5 (Five) Years of continuous experience in direct field/equipment/asset maintenance, in large scale Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer process industries.
• Proficiency in English language- Read, Write, Speak.
• Effective communication
• Effective report writing
• Operation and effective use of MS Windows operating system, MS Office, ADOBE PDF & Asset/Equipment Management in ERP JDE or SAP.
• Interpretation of Engineering documents E.g., Isometrics, Plans, P&IDs, General arrangement (GA) drawings, Assembly, Manuals, Procedures, and datasheets etc.; as applicable for area of responsibility.
• Understanding of Job safety analysis/Risk analysis/Change Management process.

• Job planning of Maintenance activities of Assets in large scale Fertilizer; Ammonia, Urea, Melamine, Urea formaldehyde UFC85, Captive Power generation plants.

Requirements

• Mechanical discipline: Rotating and static equipment etc.
• Electrical discipline: Motors, Generators, LV, MV & HV Switch gears and Power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) equipment/systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Uninterrupted Power Supply systems (UPS), Protection systems etc.
• Instrument and Automation discipline: Field devices - sensors, Final control devices, Logic solvers, Control systems, Safety Instrumented systems, Gas detection and mitigation systems etc.
• Workshop discipline: Service activities such as Welding, Machining, Pump and other rotating equipment services, Motor/Electrical device services, Instrument testing/Calibration/Service etc., Special equipment and tools services such as goods transportation within COMPANY, Lifting equipment, special tools etc.
