Lead Planning Officer - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha

You will have the responsibility for review of operational and system support aspects in Planning department necessary for execution of accurate and efficient Material Requirement Planning and Menu Grid Management. To lead team of employees in order to attain high standards operation; to promote safe environment and to create conditions necessary for continuos improvement in order to achieve strategic advantage by ensuring compliance with the best practice.

You will review and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure execution of accurate and efficent Materials Requirement Planning and Menu Grid Management. To conduct daily meeting with ERP team members on status of ongoing project issues, assist with troubleshooting to ensure strict adherence to agreed deadlines.

Carries out impact analysis on changes to business requirements to ensure efficient Materials Requirement Planning and Menu Grid Management. You will contribute to annual departmental budgeting by providing assessment of actual department costs, identification of major cost drivers and participating in setting ambitious but attainable budget in accordance with business strategy of the division.

Requirements

You should be Graduate. Relevant professional certification in ERP system and Diploma or Degree in Computer science or hotel management will be preferred.

You should have minimum 5-years of relevant experience with advance knowledge of ERP system and MS Office. Can work under pressure, excellent communication skills with ability to manage and influence are mandatory requirements for this role.
