L&D Administrator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, delivering and administering a range of training & Development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.

What you will be doing:
- Engage with Training Manager to conduct skill analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.
- Ensures that all training records are filed and updated regularly
- Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with L&D Manager
- Involve in discussions with L&D Manager in understanding the requirements of mandatory trainings, technical trainings & behavioral trainings

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer softwares
