Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our multicultural and dynamic team at Head Office.

Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for identifying the training, learning, and development needs of staff at different levels pan Group.
- Execute relevant training programs on a regular basis to employees
- Support the development of staff in order to enhance and optimise skills so that they are able to take on greater responsibilities going forward.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to identify training requirements and needs specific to their area ensuring these are aligned to business objectives.
- Designing, creating, implementing and then maintaining training plans in line with business requirements.
- Develop and implement standards for course design, development of annual training plan, training development processes in line with industry best practise.
- Review and execute the talent review process, identifying development requirements for staff.
- Identify, introduce and develop self-learning methodologies for employees create awareness of the various self-learning methods like books, magazines, CBT/ videos etc.
- Provides management information reports in light of L+D activity to measure effectiveness etc in line with KPI's.

Reporting to: HR Manager
Travel requirements: occasional travel across the GCC

Requirements

- University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from a recognized university.
- Other certifications obtained: GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD preferred
- 5 years experience within a similar role.
