Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-known retail group that has a strong presence across the GCC. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to be responsible for all learning and development initiatives across the group managing the end-to-end processes and training in the business to achieve demanding commercial targets.
Requirements
Your main responsibilities will include building learning modules, designing curriculum and establishing learning objectives for all identified training programs. You will conduct courses for the business adapting to the work environment.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with at least 10 years of progressive learning and development training experience at Manager level within the retail sector. You should be a native English speaker with experience in delivering initiatives around employee engagement, talent management and leadership & development. It is essential you are articulate with excellent written and spoken communication skills. You should be an organised self-starter and an inspirational leader who is confident standing up and delivering to large audiences.
