Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To contribute towards strategic planning process by identifying & forecasting the market trends based on retailers in the local & international market.

- To conceptualize, execute and identify brand mix, rental rates, latest fashion trends, information and market forces.

- Communicate issues to management & plan a course of corrective action as needed.

- Interact constantly with the retailers, tenants in the local & international markets to keep abreast with new products and marketing trends.

- To research and develop relationship with new brands, footfall conversion for respective brands.

- To assist leasing manager with feasibility studies, report findings, conclusions and recommendations.

- To assist in directing, overseeing, coordinating and evaluating the mall’s research program and produce competitor’s research analysis.

- To analyze problems, and provide advice and guidance to the organization on a range of issues regarding market research, business development and prospective projects which may relate to overall business vision.

Requirements

- Graduated in Retail Management, Branding or Marketing.

- Minimum have 2+ years in Retail Property Management/ sourcing.

- Must have excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken Arabic & English.

- Would be an advantage to have a pre-developed network of contacts within the leading Shopping Malls across the GCC.

- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills, coupled with business acumen, and financial awareness.

- Must have market awareness, in terms of leasing agreements and a good understand of the Mall rental rates across the GCC.

- Strong awareness of International fashion brands & accessories, and to understand there positioning in the Market.
