Job description / Role
Our client is looking to hire an exceptional, corporate and highly professional Legal Personal Assistant (Bilingual Arabic / English).
In this role you will function independently and interface directly with clients and senior Partners / Lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected organisation where you will play a crucial role working alongside Senior Partners. You will assist with diary and email management, preparation of meeting documentation including PowerPoint presentations and travel management, You will also draft internal and external correspondence in both Arabic and English, manage client files and assist with time billing.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a team player who is personable and shows consistency in their work and dedication to the company. You should always be willing to go the extra mile if required and think on your feet. You should be a highly organised and meticulous individual, ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in the legal field. You should also have strong computer skills and have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
