Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a luxury ladieswear brand. Our client is looking to hire a Store Manager for their ladieswear boutique in Qatar.
You will primarily be responsible for supervising staff members in all of their duties. This will include coaching, training and assisting them in achieving sales objectives. You will also demonstrate an active management presence on the sales floor, exemplifying an exceptional service and ensuring all team members embody the brand spirit.
In addition, you will manage operations and act as the brand ambassador to everyone that interacts with the brand. You will also promote the brand name to existing and potential customers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in a management position coupled with a background in ladieswear. You should have strong leadership skills alongside excellent organisational and problem solving abilities. It is essential you are able to work under your own initiative and direction to achieve company objectives. Due to the nature of this role, our client has stated a preference for a female candidate.
