Our client, a renowned luxury brand in fashion, is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Assistants-( 4 Nos.) . You will be directly reporting to the Department Manager

This position will be based in Qatar

The Store Sales Assistant represents the Company towards the customer. He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and puts his/her professionalism at the service of the corporate image and of the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. He/she collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for both the Department and the Store.

Is versatile, is at the service of a constantly operating Store in order to get the maximum customer satisfaction.

Is aligned to the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Collaborates with others colleagues, contributing to create a good store atmosphere and is focused on achieving a good performance.


Sale
- Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition.

Manages sales and optimizes each step of the sales process:
- Welcomes and recognizes regular customers
- Knows the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden
- Presents and adds value to the product range
- Describes, recommends and contextualizes the product offer.
- Checks customer requirements while the product is being tried and responds to any further requests
- Promotes complementary, additional or differential sales
- Ensures customer loyalty by collecting the customer’s information and entering it into the DB
- Accompanies the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.
- Thanks the customer, accompanies the customer to the exit, says goodbye and replaces the item sold.
- Participates in department meetings and Store Sales meetings.

Customer management and CRM
- Ensures that the after-sale service is carried out with the same spirit as the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.
- Deals with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.
- Takes full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store to promote both the Brand and the Product.
- Conveys all information collected about customers to the management.
- Follow-up of customer requests.

Product
- Takes part in all in-store product presentations (of all product categories).
- Has an in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product range and is always up-to-date on the whole Product range in the Store.
- Ensures the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of the products in the sector he/she is responsible for.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Luxury Retail
- Arabic Speaker
- Professional and immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to meet sales targets
- Maintains product display in his/her department and points out any necessary correction to increase sales.
- Knows available products in stock in order to maximize sales.
- Participates proactively in the year-end, sector and rotational stock take process by product category.
- Keeps the assigned position in order to prevent thefts, cooperating with his/her colleagues if he/she needs to leave it.
