Maintenance Engineer

- Responsible for overseeing and maintenance of the Company assets.
- Responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of the company assets and Properties
- Setting up the Preventive Maintenance Plan and schedules for all properties.
- Ensure premises remains fully operational in all respects Mechanical / Electrical infrastructure, housekeeping, and general maintenance and upkeep, administration including ground maintenance.
- Managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and buildings.
- Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
- Supervising all the Operation and Maintenance Repair of Sewage Network Facilities, and Networks in all Al-Attiya & Partner’s Venture
- Prepares and submit monthly accomplishment and cost saving report to the Infrastructure Manager without delays.
- Manages and reviews the activities and maintenance schedule of site supervisors and service technicians as applicable to ensure standards are being maintained.
- Reviews and implements improvements on the existing underground utilities services and sewage network operation within the development and attends meetings and discussions regarding facilities management objectives, and reports weekly /monthly progress and track quarterly plans for developments and initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering qualification is required.
- Bachelor's in Engineering will be preferred
- 7 - 10 years of maintenance experience in Real Estate Companies with facility management.
- Previous experience in Qatar/ GCC is preferred.
