Job description / Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fire fighting system maintenance contracts
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct site visits, and prepare technical proposals for clients
- Collaborate with engineering team to design and customize fire protection solutions based on client requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate implementation of maintenance plans
- Maintain CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or project management in the fire protection industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections as needed
