Employment: Full Time

Maintenance Supervisor - Residential - Qatar Airways - Doha

Under the supervision of Manager Facilities, the Facilities Supervisor will plan, organise and monitor all maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of the buildings/facilities at multiple location and ensure they are properly maintained.

The responsibilities will include periodic inspections of assigned facilities, inspection reports and communicate maintenance related issues to landlords. The role includes drafting detailed scope of work for plumbing, electrical and HVAC components of the project, contingency plans to respond to emergency situations such as Fire, Power and AC failure, plan labour and materials needed for designated jobs and oversee in the preventative maintenance and monitoring of the operation of HVAC units.

Requirements

You will hold a post high school training and diploma or trade certification in an electrical / mechanical field. You should have minimum 4 years of job related experience out of which 3 or more years should be in a multicultural environment preferably Middle East.

You should have knowledge of property management principles, procedures and standards and facilities management as well. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and people management skills. Knowledge of maintenance works of electrical, plumbing, drainage and air condition is essential.
