Management Consultant

Job description / Role

Tetra Tech ES Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech, is recruiting a Management Consultant with the focus on energy, water and infrastructure sectors. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar with frequent travel back to Dubai, UAE. This position is contingent upon an awarded contract.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide expertise in the areas of strategy, organizational design and development, performance management, business case preparation, business process engineering, and deliver change in utilities and similar public and private sector entities.
- Further develop the firm’s service offerings in areas of improving performance of electricity and water utilities in the region.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of verifiable and relevant experience in energy-related projects (preferably electricity & water projects), especially inclusive of organizational transformation and change management.
- Experience should include PMO, strategy implementation, business analysis, performance management, training, and coaching.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualification in PMO and/or related project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with crises and difficult situations.
- Excellent communicator both oral and written.
- Fluency in English & Arabic language required.
- Willingness and ability to frequently travel between Qatar and Dubai.
