Manager Airline Services Operations - Ware Wash - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha

You will be responsible to control the day to day running operations of Ware wash/ Dish wash department. Accountable for the management of the department in relation to cost control, resource planning, operational change management and reporting of KPI’s and ensuring that the department remains completely compliant with the SLA’s. Also, accountable for all performance and improvement initiative and implementation. To coordinates with other departments to ensure all flight despatched and loaded on time.

Ensures all Dish wash machines are kept in service, minimising the impact to the operations and service to the customers.

Develop, implement and conduct training programs in conjunction with QACC managers. Organizes the implementation of management instructions including customer service, aircraft catering delivery and handling, food safety, HACCP, quality control and Health and Safety.

You will also be responsible to organizes and monitors the ware washing process that carried out on time and according to customer schedule, specifications and standards.

Requirements

To be considered in this role you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

You must be an expert in this field with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience in high volume dish washing/ware washing environment. Due to the volume handling, candidates experience from big hotels and busy flight catering operations will be consider only.

Excellent Leadership along with English, computer and planning skills are essential requirements of this job. A candidate with Flight catering operations experience will be preferred.
